Job summary

Wella Company in the United States seeks a Head of Sales, Retail to define and lead the customer and sales strategy for the Wella portfolio in the Food, Drug, Mass, and Secondary channels. The role aims to deliver the annual operating plan and drive sustainable growth by collaborating with Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

The position requires leadership across teams, strong financial stewardship, and the ability to build strategic partnerships with distribution

Qualifications

• BA or MA in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 10-15 years of relevant sales experience in beauty or similar industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across a large organization.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Customer and Sales Strategy for the Wella Portfolio in the Food, Drug, Mass, and Secondary channels.
• Deliver the annual operating plan (GS, NR, Profit) for the retail business with cross-functional collaboration.
• Engage customers to drive short and long term growth and build partnerships with distribution partners.
• Contribute to North America Sales & Education Leadership Team to define the role of FDM & Secondary channels.
