Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Manager in Austin, TX to lead store operations and deliver an omnichannel customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach and mentor associates, and build a high-performing team dedicated to brand standards.

You will educate, coach, and guide associates on brand behaviors, while fostering an inclusive, customer-centric environment and achieving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong people management skills and ability to develop talent.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to create action plans to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities to drive the store's performance, including financial and operational objectives.
• Balance selling responsibilities and overall store operations activities.
