Express is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to join our Freehold Raceway location. The role drives store operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom, while coaching associates to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, merchandise flows, and ensuring customer service excellence across daily operations. Prior retail experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• Years of Experience: 1+ (as per responsibilities)
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide in the moment coaching to store associates for floor operations and customer service.
• Oversee checkout experience and ensure great customer service.
• Support merchandise flow, shipments, replenishment, and omni-channel operations.
• Build effective schedules and promote an environment focused on customer experience.
