Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales lead experience preferred.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and planning skills as well as effective management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with technology required; computer-based training expertise is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and customer experience, set goals in absence of store manager.
• Provide proactive customer service and share product knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Ensure store cleanliness, backroom organization, and accurate record-keeping; assist in shipments and replenishment.
