Job summary

Hallmark in Rocky Mount, Virginia is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Leader to elevate customer service and store performance. You will model best practices in sales, lead daily operations with the Store Manager, and help set goals, train staff, and oversee shipments and merchandising.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset. You will balance tasks, maintain store standards, and drive revenue while supporting guests through moments of need.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales lead experience preferred.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and planning skills as well as effective management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with technology required; computer-based training expertise is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including, but not limited to, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Must be proficient in all duties and competencies listed above.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and oversee customer experience, ensuring high levels of service.
• Oversee store operations in partnership with the Store Manager, sharing goals and priorities.
• Lead merchandising, stock replenishment, and opening/closing procedures per company standards.
• Provide onboarding and coaching to new staff and support policy changes and training.
