Job summary

Staples is hiring Retail Sales Supervisors to lead customer engagement and front-of-store operations. You will drive sales, conversions and service while coaching the team to deliver total solutions to customers.

Flexible scheduling supports both part-time and full-time needs. A strong focus on coaching, merchandising, and daily tasks helps maintain a high-energy store environment and excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule based on store needs.
• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills.
• Supervisory or coaching experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift/move 10–50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Champion customer engagement and oversee front-of-store operations.
• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive service, sales, and conversions.
• Lead weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Serve as Floor Leader to ensure a great customer experience across all areas.
• Support company initiatives and be flexible to take on other duties as assigned.
• Assist with merchandising and operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
