Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in retail or services sales.
• Ability to engage with customers to understand needs

• Ability to lift/move materials up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role, directing the team to deliver a great customer experience.
• Champion company initiatives and be flexible to take on additional duties.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks and support the GM with operational duties.
