Job summary

Sun Com in Georgia (Mableton) is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to exceed monthly sales quotas and drive the sale of handsets, rate plans, and accessories while following company benchmarks.

You will act as a role model for new hires, maintain store appearance, and master systems like RQ4 and Paycom. Spanish language is required. Minimum 4 days/30 hours per week, reliable transportation essential.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings
• Spanish language required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver high quality sales that beat company benchmarks.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management benchmarks.
• Follow company policies and maintain required paperwork and cash handling procedures.
• Master systems: Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, RQ4, Paycom etc., and review sales paperwork for discrepancies.
• Protect company assets and ensure accurate store checklists when opening/closing the store.
