• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations, ensuring selling behaviors, brand standards and operational expectations.
• Coach and develop team to achieve key sales and service KPIs through customer-focused coaching.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems, supporting smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs and events (Balloons, birthday party operations, and more).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services to increase customer retention and adoption.
• Drive omni-channel fulfillment (BOPIS and Same Day Delivery) and coordinate with frame shop where applicable.
