You will drive sales strategy, conduct team huddles, manage opening/closing procedures, and ensure showroom readiness to deliver exceptional customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a customer-focused retail environment.
• Experience in supervision of commission-based teams is preferred.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer experience standards.
