Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead to help deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to understand store operations and be prepared to step in as manager when required.

You will influence customer and team experiences, coaching staff to maintain high standards and drive sales. This role offers evenings, weekends, and holiday coverage with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Experience operating a point-of-sale system and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and staff development.
• Support an inclusive environment for associates.
• Uphold visual and operational standards focused on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable outcomes.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff for better customer interactions.
• Build relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
• Stay informed on priorities and promotions using available tools.
• Step into the store manager role when needed.
