Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Proficient with technology and POS systems.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a high-engagement team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone is welcomed.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Provide feedback and coaching to help associates excel in customer interactions.
• Collaborate with leadership to stay aligned with promotions and omnichannel tools.
• Step into the manager role when needed.
