Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening/closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Assist with scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Support omni-channel initiatives and create a welcoming, customer-centered environment.
