Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Norcross, GA to partner with store leadership and guide the team in delivering exceptional, customer-centered experiences. You will set the tone on the sales floor, coach staff, manage operations, and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Competenze

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Assist store leadership with general operations including opening and closing.
