Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Minimum 2 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
• Able to travel to stores throughout the district.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
• Regular attendance is essential to meet objectives.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promotes customer service by greeting and assisting customers and handling inquiries professionally.
• Performs cash handling, price changes, merchandise handling, and opening/closing duties; reviews payroll docs.
• Monitors associate sales activities and motivates/train staff to meet goals.
• Maintains awareness of customers and security; enforces payment and exchange policies.
• Maintains merchandise knowledge and presents items according to promotions and standards.
• Supports inventory receipt and dispatch; assists in scheduling for floor coverage.
