Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sales Lead at Store 0307-Barton Creek Square-Chico's in Austin, TX. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, model brand standards, and foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

You will guide operations, share brand priorities with staff, coach for performance, and ensure seamless in-store and omni-channel experiences while maintaining store policies and overall sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
