LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Augusta, GA to act as a brand ambassador, delivering personalized customer experiences while supporting store leadership. You will help onboard and develop a high-energy team, ensure exceptional service, and maintain LOFT’s standards across visuals and operations.

The role requires strong communication, coaching ability, and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions and prioritizing tasks.
