Marc Jacobs International in Edina, Minnesota is seeking a Sales Supervisor at its Southdale location. You will partner with Management to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and coach the team to uphold brand standards and store procedures.

In this role you will lead the floor, develop client relationships, and ensure a guest-ready environment while aligning with Marc Jacobs DNA across product knowledge and styling expertise. Flexible schedule.

Qualificações

• 3+ years’ experience in retail with a focus on customer service.
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in generating sales, building, and developing client relationships.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Delivers Excellence—passion and empathy for clients; exceeds expectations.
• Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit—embraces change while honoring brand DNA.
• Creative and innovative—open to new ideas and collaboration.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.

• Proficient with POS systems and MS Office.

• Foster client relationships and drive repeat business.

• Initiate regular client contact and prompt follow-up on inquiries.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to maintain standards.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with policies.
