Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for associates and customers at Store 6787-Towne East Mall in Wichita, KS. You will partner with the Store Manager to implement daily action plans, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming store appearance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for styling and love of working with people.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology, including store systems (POS) typically used in retail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.
• Share knowledge of products and services to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model.
• Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve performance.
• Drive results by identifying business opportunities in partnership with store leaders.
• Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and manage payroll.
• Share daily communications with store teams and prioritize tasks.
