Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking an Associate Lead to support store management and ensure a great customer experience while driving profitability. The role involves supervising associates, cash handling, and assisting with inventory and merchandising to meet promotional standards.

The position offers part-time hours with wage range $16.00–$20.00 per hour. Candidates should have at least 2 years of retail or sales management experience and be willing to travel between district stores.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Minimum 2 years retail or sales management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
• Able to travel to stores throughout the district.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; respond to inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Handle cash, price changes, merchandise handling, and store opening/closing duties.
• Monitor sales activities and motivate/train associates to hit targets.
• Be aware of security policies and loss prevention measures.
• Present and display merchandise per current promotions and standards.
• Assist with inventory receipt and dispatch.
