Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
• Able to travel to stores throughout the district.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
• Regular attendance is essential to this position

Responsibilities

• Promotes customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to inquiries.
• Performs cash handling, price changes, merchandise handling, and opening/closing duties; reviews payroll docs for accuracy.
• Monitors sales activities, communicates performance, and trains associates to achieve goals.
• Maintains awareness of customers to increase service levels and manage security.
• Maintains knowledge of promotions and presents merchandise accordingly.
• Supports receipt and dispatch of inventory and supplies per policy.
• Supervises associates in sales, inventory, and cash handling; prepares weekly schedules.
• Models sales techniques and assists customers in locating merchandise.
• Builds customer following through clienteling and wardrobing.
• Maintains standards in merchandise handling, loss prevention, and other duties.
• Participates in visual merchandising and monthly store sets.
• Assists in development of store associates; interprets KPI reports and provides feedback to management.
• Other duties as assigned.
