Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
• Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and store operations.
• You can stand during shifts and handle physical tasks as part of merchandising and customer service.
• You stay aware of fashion trends to support styling and upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: achieve sales goals through expert customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting promos.
• Piercing Excellence: participate in training, guide customers, perform piercings, and educate on aftercare in a sterile setting.
• Keep It Fresh: maintain store displays and organized inventory for easy shopping.
• Team Collaboration: support Store Manager, share tips, and foster a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
• Brand Representation: showcase Claire's products, stay current with trends, and suggest items to boost sales.
• Store Operations: manage cash, inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Create Shareable Moments: encourage customers to post their Claire’s hauls on social media.
