Job summary

Claire's is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Oshkosh, WI to deliver exceptional customer service, upsell accessories, and drive store sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will participate in piercing services with proper training, keep attractive displays, assist with deliveries and promotions, and help customers share their Claire's finds on social media while staying current with fashion trends.

Qualifications

• Patience and empathy when conducting piercings, especially with young or anxious customers.
• Proficiency operating a POS system for transactions and returns.
• Ability to stand during shifts and lift 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs).
• Capability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and climb ladders while stocking and assisting customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication, plus basic math and reading comprehension.
• Passion for fashion and awareness of the latest trends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and upsell accessories to drive revenue.
• Undergo piercing training and maintain a sterile environment while guiding customers.
• Maintain attractive store displays and organized inventory for easy shopping.
• Support the Store Manager with team motivation and high-energy service.
• Represent the Claire's brand and help customers find their style with trend awareness.
• Assist in deliveries, merchandising, and promotional activities to keep store fresh.
• Encourage customers to share their Claire's buys on social media.
