As a Sales Lead, you will help create memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional service and supporting store management in daily operations. Your role will involve engaging with guests to ensure they have the best shopping experience and creating an entertaining, fun, and memorable environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in daily operations
• Provide exceptional guest service
• Engage with guests to create a fun, exciting, and memorable experience

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous retail keyholder, supervisory, cash-handling, and customer service experience
• Strong merchandising skills
• Ability to work irregular shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays (excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas)
• Enjoy interacting with people of all ages
• Proactively engage customers and demonstrate products positively and effectively
• Friendly, welcoming, and outgoing demeanor towards guests, team members, and staff

Physical Demands

The physical requirements include frequently standing, walking, and using hands to handle objects. Occasionally, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be necessary. The ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds is required.
