About The Client
We are a high-impact personal development brand focused on hosting large-scale retreat events and masterminds. Our mission is to empower attendees through transformational experiences. With upcoming events expecting 500–800 ticket sales, we are building a high-performance sales team that can confidently represent our brand and convert both cold and warm leads into paying participants.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Virtual Assistant to support ticket sales for our upcoming retreats. The ideal candidate is confident in cold calling, persuasive in handling objections, and able to follow a script while also adapting to real-time conversations. You’ll primarily reach out to cold leads (with some warm leads from Facebook ads and email lists) and guide them through the purchase process.
Experience
You should have proven experience in outbound calling and virtual sales, ideally in a performance-based or commission-driven environment. Prior work with ticket sales, event promotion, or coaching programs is a plus.
Skills
You are comfortable making high-volume calls, following a sales script, building rapport quickly, and closing deals. You’re also expected to track daily call activity, handle CRM updates, and provide feedback to improve sales strategy.
Availability
Part-time to start, with potential for full-time based on performance. Must be available to work during U.S. business hours through September.
