Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will set the tone for a customer-centered, hospitality-driven shopping experience on the sales floor and beyond in an omni-channel environment.

You will coach staff, manage operations including opening/closing, scheduling, and inventory, and help drive sales while maintaining strong product knowledge and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to meet performance goals.
• Support scheduling, cash handling, inventory management and merchandise replenishment.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.
