Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for Soma at the Village of Rochester Hills in Rochester Hills, MI. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, set direction, and support leadership duties while upholding brand standards and creating a welcoming, customer-centered environment.

You will coach staff, manage operations, and contribute to achieving team goals through product knowledge and an omni-channel approach. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations, including opening and closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Perform scheduling, cash handling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive work environment.
