Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead for our Wellington, FL store. You will supervise the team, set the tone on the sales floor, and uphold brand standards while creating memorable, personalized customer experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

You will partner with store leaders, provide direction, coach and develop associates, and support scheduling and store operations as needed to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability - nights, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to meet performance goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
