KnitWell Group, a specialty retail operating company, seeks a Sales Lead for our Atlantic City store. You will supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities to deliver memorable, customer-centered experiences that reflect our hospitality-focused culture.

As a Sales Lead, you will coach and develop the team, manage operations, and ensure alignment with brand standards while driving sales and achieving goals.

Competenze

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and with product knowledge.
