Job summary

LOFT in Forsyth, GA is seeking a Sales Lead to join our store team. You will model exceptional customer experiences, guide associates, and partner with the Store Manager to run store operations and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.

Ideal candidates have retail experience with a customer-first mindset, comfort with POS tech, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role is Regular/Part time at Store 1677-The Avenue Forsyth.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, holidays.
