Soma at Store 5449-Delray Marketplace, Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model a welcoming, customer-centered environment. You will drive brand standards and support a culture of hospitality.

You will coach on sales goals, train staff, manage scheduling, and supervise daily operations while ensuring excellent guest experiences. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and using an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to keep the team on track with goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current promotions and store policies.
