Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Assist in achieving store sales and goals by monitoring progress against targets.
• Provide feedback, coaching and supervision to store associates.
• Occasionally cover store leadership in the absence of a manager.
• Interact with customers and adhere to company policies and procedures.
