Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a part-time Sales Lead in Mechanicsville, VA to create a welcoming shopping environment and partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans. You will guide and motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain store operations.

You’ll need 1–3 years of retail experience, a passion for styling, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with store systems is expected.
