Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 5296-South Hills Village-Soma-Pittsburgh, PA. This role supports store leadership, upholds brand standards, and creates a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond the transaction.

You will guide the team to meet sales goals, manage daily operations, and coach staff to deliver personalized customer experiences across channels. This is a part-time role with opportunities for advancement and professional development.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
