ARS-Rescue Rooter Overview is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. The role offers flexible hours, part-time and full-time opportunities, and a base wage plus uncapped commission.

Training is provided, with weekend availability required. Join a growing national brand and help customers meet home comfort needs while building sales skills, earning commissions, and advancing into sales advisor

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail/kiosk/sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation

Pay: $20 - $22 per hour + UNCAPPED commission

Earning potential: $25 - $35 per hour with incentives
