Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate in Fairborn, OH to maintain a clean, organized store and deliver a customer-first experience. You will assist customers, operate the register, stock and rotate merchandise, and support the Store Manager in daily operations.

This role combines frontline sales with leadership duties in the absence of store leaders, requiring reliable teamwork, cash handling accuracy, and the ability to follow planograms and safety policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Six months of supervisory experience or related training preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.

• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases, collect payment, bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate on shelves, and build displays; assist with planograms.
