Role Responsibilities

• Support building and hiring a strong team through in-store interviews and department tours.
• Build a people-first culture by connecting with every teammate to foster trust, respect, and contribute to recognition culture.
• Plan and organize 30-day strategies with guidance, including workforce planning for daily tasks, projects, or events.
• Leverage teammates strategically to meet brand standards, execute programs, and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain company merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory presentation.
• Assist store leadership with supervision, policies, and procedures.
• Train teammates on company procedures, onboarding new employees, and cross-training.
• Prioritize coaching and development, providing hands-on guidance and explaining the 'why' behind tasks.
• Lead by example to support organizational vision, helping teammates understand their responsibilities and impact.
• Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Adhere to policies related to safety, loss prevention, and confidentiality.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
