Job summary

Fabletics in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver an exceptional in-store shopping experience and to support both Sales & Operations. You will partner with the Store Manager and a driven team to exceed KPIs and elevate the customer journey across online and retail channels.

The role reports to the Store Manager, requires strong communication and leadership, and involves flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge of fabrics, features, fit and function to advise customers.
• Ability to engage with customers and partners in-store and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement in-store and at events.
• Lead and inspire associates to meet/exceed performance goals.
• Coordinate with Store Manager on inventory and training needs.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer journey.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and feedback to management.
