Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Old Orchard store in Skokie, IL. You will drive customer engagement, train staff, and partner with the Store Manager to reach sales goals while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of retail experience, strong communication, and a passion for active lifestyle products. Applicants must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive hourly pay and employee discounts offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience is required.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (yoga, cycling, running, etc.) is helpful.
• Ability to engage with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and initiative in ambiguous situations.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement and deliver a best-in-class shopping experience.
• Provide product knowledge on fabrics, fit, features, and function.
• Train and give feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate associates to hit sales goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve the customer journey.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and visual standards.
