Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Honolulu Int’l Marketplace store. You will lead the front-line team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and bridge how customers shop our website with the retail floor.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires an energetic, self-motivated leader who can train, motivate, and hit bold store targets while maintaining inventory and safety standards. On-site hours include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (yoga, cycling, running, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to socially interact with Customers, Employees and Partners and work with large teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement and deliver a best-in-class shopping experience.
• Train and provide feedback using the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate associates and hit store performance goals.
• Maintain store merchandising and inventory awareness to enhance the customer journey.
