Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role to deliver a great customer experience in all store areas.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to changes.
• Remain available and support an engaging store environment.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks with the store team.
• Peer coach team on behaviors to win through role-playing and feedback.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
