Job summary

Staples is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor in Concord, NC to champion customer engagement and oversee front-of-store operations. You and the team will focus on increasing sales, conversions and service, with immediate hiring opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Ability to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Effective communication skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Experience coaching a team and supervising others.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role directing the team to deliver a great customer experience.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to changing responsibilities and duties.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks and assist with operational duties with the GM.
