As a Sales Lead, you will assist store management with basic operations, develop associates, and drive sales goals while maintaining an energetic and inclusive atmosphere. Night and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback and accountability to employees by enforcing policies.
• Open and close duties according to company policy.
• Lead store operations in manager's absence.
• Manage loss prevention practices in manager's absence.
• Communicate store needs to management.
• Complete all training and responsibilities promptly.

Responsibilities
