The role emphasizes coaching, brand alignment, and daily store operations, with flexible hours including nights and weekends. 18+ and retail leadership experience preferred, with opportunities for growth.

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist store leadership with general store operations.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team aligned with performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay informed on current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Contribute ideas to store leadership and foster teamwork.
