You will coach, drive performance, and support operations on the sales floor, including cash handling, scheduling, and inventory management, while maintaining a customer-centric atmosphere that reflects our culture.

Formación

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and feedback to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and replenishment.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
