Qualifications

• 1–2 years of selling/sales lead experience in a specialty retail industry.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates as floor sales leader by facilitating an energized pace and positive service.
• Communicate daily sales goals and key metrics to drive store demand.
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness; deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Support and improve retail sales and profitability with great guest interactions.
