Garnet Hill seeks a Full-Time Sales Lead/Keyholder for our Dedham, MA location to create an inspiring shopping experience for guests. You will promote the Garnet Hill brand, lead the floor team, and ensure safety and cleanliness while meeting sales goals.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Onsite work at Dedham stores is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of selling/sales lead experience in a specialty retail environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems.
• Able to be mobile on the sales floor and stockroom for extended periods; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates as floor sales leader by driving an energized pace and daily sales goals.
• Ensure store areas meet safety and cleanliness standards for a safe guest experience.
• Support and improve retail sales and profitability by delivering an exceptional guest experience.
