Job summary

Garnet Hill in Dedham, MA is seeking a Sales Lead to create a delightful guest experience while promoting the Garnet Hill brand. The role reports to the Store Manager and requires floor leadership and strong service standards.

You will work onsite daily, contribute to safety, drive sales, and help maintain a welcoming store environment through hands-on leadership, teamwork, and a passion for fashion and home goods.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of selling/sales lead experience in a specialty retail industry, preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems.
• Ability to be mobile on the salesfloor and stockroom for an extended period of time.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50 lbs.
• The successful candidate must be a dynamic leader, strategic thinker, and highly motivated.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates as floor sales leader by facilitating an energized pace, positive service environment, communication of daily sales goals and key metrics that drives store demand
• Assure all areas of the store meet company safety standards of cleanliness and provide a safe work and shopping environment.
• Support and improve retail sales and profitability by creating the most amazing place to work and shop by delivering an exceptional guest experience.
