Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Spokane, WA, to partner with store leaders and supervise the team. You will model brand standards, foster a welcoming, customer-centric environment, and drive memorable experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

You will coach staff, manage operations, and ensure the team meets performance goals while supporting scheduling and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations and opening/closing duties.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach the team toward goals.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support as needed.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Remain knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and policies.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
