Qualifications

• 1-year minimum retail experience.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer experience and assist in sales and operations.
• Engage customers with knowledge of fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions; support community projects.
• Train and give feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Inspire associates to meet/exceed individual and team goals in coordination with Store Manager.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance shopping and add value to purchases.
• Offer product knowledge resource to customers and team members.
• Achieve personal sales goals and maintain safety standards.
• Assist with unpacking inventory and handling physical tasks as needed.
